I would not recommend Hedonai to anyone. The place is a complete and utter scam that is only interested in taking your money and giving you nothing in return. My experience at this beauty center was nothing short of a nightmare. First of all, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They did not seem to care about my needs or concerns and were only interested in getting me to pay for their services. The beauty treatments they offered were of poor quality and gave me absolutely no results. They claimed to be experts, but in reality, they did not even know what they were doing. It was clear that they lacked the experience necessary to provide the services they advertised. To make matters worse, the equipment used was outdated and in poor condition. The hygiene standards were also questionable, and I felt uncomfortable even sitting on the equipment. Overall, I would not recommend this beauty center to anyone. It is a complete scam, and you will only be left disappointed and out of pocket. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else that actually cares about your beauty needs.

I feel very cheated. The same has happened to me as many of the reviews I have read, they told me that the bonus that cost me a lot of money has expired because it has been 3 years. They didn't take into account the pandemic in the middle or that they closed the office where I was going. I have been given at most two appointments a year, so the follow-up has been very poor, many months have passed between appointments. I was notified that the sessions had expired 40 min before and I was on my way. I have received very cold treatment and they have not offered me any solution, they have blamed me for not having requested an appointment earlier even though when I tried the machine did not work and at the Cornelà office they did not let me make an appointment. I found a place where they gave me an appointment overnight, cheaper, less painful and much kinder treatment. I do not recommend this site :(

Very bad experience!!! The centers near my house closed and they take a long time to give you an appointment. Furthermore, last week they told me when I arrived that my voucher had expired and they would not do the session I had previously paid for. Why didn't they warn about this beforehand? I certainly do not plan to book any more sessions with this company. ## I put 1 star because 0 doesn't let me####.

Terrible service, they close all the centers near my home, it takes me a 1 hour caravan one way plus another 1 hour back + gas + time, I arrive 5 minutes late for the session and they don't want to assist me, when in the previous session at the center The driver made me wait 30 minutes. Keep it up! No wonder they are closing centers... To make matters worse, it took me 8 months to get my money back for the remaining 3 sessions, which obviously I was not going to continue with such shameless sessions.

Terrible service. They close my current center and send me somewhere else without any type of explanation or option to return my money. They give me a treatment where the problem I want to solve, instead of reducing it, gets bigger and they wipe their hands and tell me to sign a paper so they can refund me €300 euros for future sessions because obviously I don't want to continue (the money for the sessions used doesn't even bother me). They return it after the treatment is wrong and they have caused me physical and visible damage) I am still waiting for the return after more than half a year! Apart without mentioning the waiting time to do sessions
